Director Of Product Management

Cambridge, MA

Plum is looking for a talented director of product management to work with its agile engineering team to define industry-leading social-computing applications. In this role you will evaluate, analyze, plan and manage the development of our products from conceptual stages through product life cycles. You’ll play a critical role in establishing and expanding our footprint on the web.

If you are a serial entrepreneur with interest in everything Web 2.0, then this job is for you! This is a hands-on position open in both the Cambridge and San Francisco offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the product roadmap
  • Track performance metrics of each product and perform analysis to identify where improvements need to be made
  • Lead cross-functional teams, to execute product plans on time, scope, and budget
  • Collaborate with the CEO to define new products and features

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in product management in the internet consumer space, or related technology companies, with a track record of increasing responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid product & project management skills.
  • Enthusiastic, performance-driven self-starter and a team player.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects to successful completion.
  • Use of analytics and business cases to drive decisions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • BA/BS
