Product Manager

Plum is looking for a talented product manager to work with its agile engineering team to define industry leading social computing applications. If you are a serial entrepreneur with interest in everything Web 2.0, then this job is for you! You must be bright, energetic and willing to learn. This is a hands-on position  open in both the Cambridge and San Francisco offices.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for one or more of Plum's products
  

• Develop a clear understanding of the Plum users and partner

• Develop usability requirements

• Craft business and product strategy

• Define specifications, determine prioritization, and provide support through launch of new product functionality

• Develop & execute traffic acquisition and usage initiatives, which include both cross-functional and independent efforts

• Complete ad-hoc reporting & analysis
  
  

Requirements:

• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience as a product manager

• Strong technical background

• Roll-up-the-sleeves attitude – proven ability to execute

• Strong, relentless attention and focus to details

• Ability to think and act creatively, strategically, and tactically

• Exceptional problem solving, communication, and analytical skills

• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at one-time

• Proven ability to work collaboratively across and intra-departmentally

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience with mobile products is a plus
